The lawful basis on which Asperis Security, S.L. uses cookies is as follows:
- Technical or necessary cookies: they enable the site to work and to provide the services you request, and they are exempt from the consent requirement (article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002, LSSI-CE).
- Any other type of cookie: consent of the data subject (article 6.1.a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
About cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It is used, for example, to remember which language you are browsing in, or to tell a person apart from an automated program. Cookies that are not necessary for the site to work are only installed if you accept them.
This site uses both first-party and third-party cookies. Third-party cookies are installed by the providers whose services are integrated into the site, and they are identified in the table below along with the name of their owner.

Third-party services and international transfers
The contact forms on this site are provided by HubSpot, whose servers for European customers are hosted in the European Union. HubSpot’s visitor tracking, which is a different script from the one that builds the forms, does not load either until you accept analytics cookies; the forms keep working if you do not accept them. reCAPTCHA also runs inside those forms: it is a Google service used to tell a person apart from an automated program, and it receives the IP address of the person visiting the page. reCAPTCHA may set a cookie of its own when it resolves one of its challenges. This site loads Google Tag Manager on every visit, in restricted mode. Until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are installed and providers are told not to use storage in your browser, although Google may receive basic cookieless signals, such as the fact that a page was viewed. If you accept, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity (which records how you navigate the pages), Microsoft’s advertising network and LinkedIn are activated. Some of these providers are based in the United States and may process your data outside the European Economic Area.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR. You can request the details by writing to [email protected].
How to accept, reject or withdraw consent
The first time you enter the site you are offered a panel where you can accept all cookies, reject them all, or choose by category. You can change your decision at any time from that same panel, and you can also delete cookies that have already been installed from your browser settings. Rejecting them does not prevent you from browsing the site or using the contact forms.
